Who We Are

Managing Director and IPMS founder Byron C. Marshall has over 30 years of executive and senior-level management experience with local governments, non-profits, quasi-governmental entities and for-profit businesses. He is a recognized leader, having served as a city administrator, department head, president, CEO and executive director in organizations with as many as 20,000 employees and as few as half a dozen.

The IPMSolutions team is comprised of experienced professionals who like Marshall are, skilled in all areas of governance and management. We act as extensions of our clients’ staff, available to develop sustainable solutions as part of their team. IPMSolutions combines extensive experience and expertise with proven capabilities in the management of people, complex issues, projects and finances.
